The world can be terrifying.

Anyone who reads Perez would have heard about this story already, but this absolutely disgusted me, especially considering I live in Winnipeg.

Early this morning, a Greyhound bus headed to Winnipeg from Edmonton, became the spot of a vicious attack. A young man, about 18-20 [says CTV.ca] was stabbed to death, and after passengers and the driver of the bus exited quickly on the side of the highway, the attacker eventually decapitated this guy. A group tried to go back on the bus to help the victim, when they saw the attacker holding the knife in one hand, and the victims head in the other. He tried to attack them, but they made it safely off, and got crowbars and wrenches to keep him on the bus till the RCMP arrived.

The part that makes me the most disgusted about this, is that they're calling the attacker, a "suspect" HE WAS ON THE BUS, WITH A MANS HEAD IN HIS HANDS, 37 PEOPLE WITNESSED IT, BUT THEY AREN'T LAYING CHARGES YET. How the hell can they be thinking its NOT him? I mean really. He held the guys head in his hand. Ugh, this grinds my gears.

Thunderstorm.

Last night, Traci, Liezl, and I got together and drove around for awhile, and eventually ended up at the casino. First things first, we could see lightning off in the distance, no rain or thunder yet, just lightning. So, we drove out into West St.Paul, to a street by the Rivercrest, and drove down there to watch the lightning, which got pretttty badass. Then, we made the mistake of deciding to drive out to Lockport, HAH, baaad idea. It started POURING as we got out there, and since the only way back was through the storm, we had to do it. We took River Road since its only 50, I liked that I could drive slower, and it only stormed harder. At one point, we had to stop on the side of the road, because we could barely see the lines, and since the other side of the ride was the river, I don't think any of us wanted to chance it with that. So, as we sit there for a few minutes we see another car driving through it, and decide to just go, which was good timing since it started to slow down. Finally we got through and went back down Main, only to have it be pouring just as hard when we get back in to Winnipeg haha. So, after driving really slow down main for a few feet, we decided to pull into the Tim Hortons and park there for awhile till it died down once again. It finally passed and we continued our adventure around the city. We drove around Henderson and Regent for abit, then decided to hit up Club Regent Casino. Trac and I both lost about $25, and Liezl won $100. That lucky betch. After that it was about 2:30 so I drove them home then came home myself, and we had a big conversation on MSN about those "Stupid Game Show Answers" videos haha, they're HILARIOUS.

Criss Angel.

Okay, I'm a HUGE Criss Angel fan, really, I have a hoody with his name all over it, and MINDFREAK down the arm, but really, what the FUCK is with this beard. He looks like your common homeless guy. Like, if I were to see him rummaging through the garbage, and asking to borrow some listerine, I wouldn't even think for a second "oh wait, thats the guy that can walk on water and pull cards out of peoples skulls"
Seriously, Criss, lose the beard. I'm begging you.

Updates.

This weekend consisted of family gatherings, BBQ, and Hannah Montana : Best Of Both Worlds Tour 3D. SO awesome, although, I wish they could've used the polarized version or whatever its called, that they used in theatres. We went out to the lake to visit my grandma and grandpa, went out on the boat, so relaxing, could've sat out there for HOURS, I just love it out there so much, so laid back and chill. Took a nap in the gazebo on the deck, staring directly at the water. Nice breeze was going through there, so comfortable.

Today rocked face.

So today I went to Aaltos at Canad Inns with my grandma and aunt, had a dericious all day breakfast, then my day only got sweeter from there.
First, we went into the gaming lounge, and I won $200 on those slot machines.
Then, I call my dad asking where he put my speeding ticket I got last month [which was $250 because I didn't see a stupid sign] saying I'd go pay it off, and he says HES gonna pay it :D
If I get another one, I'll shit a brick. And I'm so paranoid, I was merging off the highway today, and had to go through construction again, and was going up to 70 to flow with traffic, then after like 10 or less seconds realized its construction and braked to 60, so I'm paranoid as SHIT :( wish me luck haha. I might save some of this money just incase, ugh, I wish I knew.

Facepalm.

So, I post on the forums on Nexopia , and something that really grinds my gears, is people who make completely meaningless posts. For example "Hey guys, I never cry, but I got in the car today and cried over a song" or "I never do anything, QQ, my life is so boring, I think I'll sit at home and draw/paint instead of going out" like, great, really, I don't give a shit. Its so annoying, eugh. But instead of being a total hag I'll just end the rant at that, I just don't know how much longer I can handle it, without saying something hah I guess we'll see what happens.

Jonas Brothers in 3D

So its trueeee, the Jonas Brothers filmed their 3D movie which will be coming out in, I think, January or February of 09. All I have to say is "Its About Time" haha. I plan on seeing this the first day it comes out, even if I have to buy tickets days in advance, and need to go to the theater hours early, just to get good seats. This is something I CANNOT miss. Whoever the hell else is excited, leave me some comments. Oh, and on another related note, Joe Jonas is a babe. Actually so is Nick, but I feel weird saying that considering I'm 18, and hes 15 haha.

The Dark Knight.

Did anyone else hear about that guy that left his, I think 2 year old son, locked in the car, in a movie theater parking lot, so he could see a 1am showing of The Dark Knight? hahah who the hell does that? I mean really, 1am, leaving a child unattended in a parking lot? The temperature in the car was said to be 87 degrees when they got the child out. I don't think Bruce Wayne would give that the Batman seal of approval.

Breakout

So, Miley Cyrus' new album Breakout comes out in about 2 hours and 10 minutes, I'm overly excited, I went out and bought an iTunes card just for this glorious event haha. I really couldn't give a dead mooses last shit whether or not she took shower pictures or whatever. It could've been worse, she could've worn a suit. A birthday suit that is. Like Vanessa Hudgens. Gross. Anyway, I suggest you buy this cd, 'cause I get the feeling its gonna be pretty hot. Oh, and who else is ridiculously stoked for the Jonas Brothers new cd? I know I sure am. "Burnin' Up" and "Pushing Me Away" are uber catchy. I predict major success for this cd.
